Hard Ferrite Magnets

Hard Ferrite (ceramic) magnets, composed of barium or strontium, were developed in the early 1960's as an alternative to the more expensive metallic magnets. This class of magnet is very hard, brittle and possesses lower energy characteristics compared to other magnetic materials. However, it is very popular and widely used because of its excellent resistance to demagnetization, corrosion, and the advantageous pricing.

Ferrite magnets are manufactured by powder mettallurgy process involving mixing ,fine milling ,molding, sintering & grinding. These magnets can be both anisotropic and isotropic. Anisotropic grades are oriented and must be magnetized in the direction of orientation. Isotropic grades are not oriented and can be magnetized in any direction

Hard Ferrite or Ceramic magnets are the most popular permanent magnets available today. They are manufactured either from Barium Ferrite (BaO.6Fe₂O₃) or Strontium Ferrite (SrO.6Fe₂O₃) , and exhibit a high degree of coercive strength, making them more resistant to demagnetization.

What we Produce ?
We are a leading hard ferrite magnet (Anisotropic & Isotropic ) manufacturer based in India. By value we manufacture 98% anisotropic & 2% of isotropic.

Our products are used in diversified applications in consumer electronics and other industries. Our 1/3rd of production is exported to Europe.
